The lake of Silvaplana, Switzerland, has again been the stage of an iQFOiL World Championship, in this case Sub21, with excellent result for the Majorcan regatist Bernat Tomás that finished sixth after the Medal Race.

With a day without competition due to lack of wind, the lake has again demonstrated its excellent conditions, with winds between the 15 and 17 knots that allowed to navigate in all the competition formats: Course Races, Slalom and Marathon.

With sun in the first days, there was no lack of rain during the last few days, making it a round world in which the winners have proved to be under all conditions.

The current Spanish champion, Bernar Tomás, has joined in his partial eight posts at Top10 and four podiums that led him to occupy the fifth place of the general, which was worth the pass to the Medal Race today.

Thomas crossed that last line of arrival in the sixth place and confirmed himself as one of the names to be taken into account in the international landscape. Among the girls, the best classified was also the Barbara Winau shooting, at 20.

The world titles remain in the hands of the French Manon Pianazza, female, and Gaspard Carfantan, male.
