For five days, 56 teams of 49er and 48 of 49erFX have dirimed the world podium with a total of 14 disputed tests

The Bay of Lübeck, in northern Germany, has hosted the Youth World Championship of 49er and 49erFX, in which four Spanish crews have participated. Among them are those formed by the Wizner and Marsans brothers, classified in Top10 of 49er with a sixth and seventh place respectively.

The Galician Martin Wizner and Jaime Wizner of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo have signed the best position of the national team, with a sixth in the general which they crowned with victory in the last race held. To the saga the Catalan Pol and Alex Marsans, of the Nüutic Arenys de Mar, have gone to the saga, which were seven to just two points. The Austrian couple formed by Jack Ferguson and Jack Hildebran rose with the world title.

Among the girls of 49erFX there was also little difference between the Spanish participants. The Gallegos Stella Maris Enriquez and Claudia Sobral ended at 21, followed in 22 by the Canaries Alicia Fras and Elena Barrio. The gold was for the French Manon Peyre and Clara Sofia Stamminger.
