In the second and final day of the WFSS 2023 Mallorca, the Mallorcan Bernat Tomás managed to advance Angel Candel and rise with the title of winner of the queen category... while Fernando Salgado signs a weekend of splendid competition... after he achieved twelve first positions in the twelve tests performed and therefore ascended to the top of the advanced podium.
The Mallorcan Angel Candel, who achieved a perfect first day with five first positions in the five tests, was unable to maintain his impeccable results in the seven tests on the second and last day and fell to a second place just one point from the winner.
The regatist of the Club Nàutic S'Arenal, Bernat Tomás, who on the first day ended in second place in a tie to points with the Argentine Julián López, managed to take advantage of the bad day of Candel and finish the WFSS 2023 Mallorca in the first place just one point of Candel.
On the other hand, the Argentine based in Mallorca, Julián López, who arrived leader of the general to this race after winning in the first test of the circuit in Ibiza and remaining third provisional in the first day in tie to points with Tomás, finished the WFSS 2023 Majorca in fourth place in tie to points with the third place, who was for the Majorcan Arturo Madero.
Twelve tests and twelve first posts crown Fernando Salgado as the unbeatable leader of the Advanced category. Without giving his companions a victory option... while Daniel Alarcon was building his second provisional position on the first day, signing seven seconds in the seven tests of the last day, which gave him the second final position of the WFSS 2023 Mallorca. Finally, the German Leo Kleine lost the third temporary position he achieved on the first day for just one point in front of New Zealand Samuel Swinburn.

The Mallorquins Ángel Candel and Fernando Salgado complete a perfect day and are placed leaders of the Pro and Advanced category respectively in the first day of the Wing Foil Spain Series.
The beach of Es Caló de Sant Antoni once again hosted, for the third year in a row, the national wing fire fleet at which it would be the second stop of the 2023 circuit.
Without Candel giving a truce to his companions, the emotion of the day was given by the struggle for the second place among the Mallorquins, Bernat Tomás and, the current leader of the general classification, Julián López. Both completed the first day of the WFSS with two seconds and two third, dismissing from the score their worst results, a ninth of Thomas and a sixth of Lopez. Therefore, both sign the first day in a tie to points waiting for the start on the second and last day.
Fernando Salgado also extends the Majorcan superiority to the Advanced category by repeating the Candel gestures in the queen category, with five first positions in the five tests of the day.
After Salgado, Daniel Alarcón signed four seconds and a discounted third that gave him the second temporary post. On the other hand, the third temporary post in the Advanced category was for Leo Kleine, who finished the day with a second, three third and a DNC that could be ruled out.
