The Dutch team of the Yellow Rose, X-35, of the Yacht Club Schveningen, patronized by Marten Jan Ringers and co-patronized by Johan Offermans has stood with the Patronat Trophy of Turisme Costa Brava as absolute winners of the thirty-seventh edition of The Tramuntana Route, also winning in category A2

The part that indicated sustained winds of bow and sea formed throughout the journey was fulfilled and greatly hardened the navigation. SMertit, Swan 45 of Tito Moure, of the Vela Blanes Club was the first to cross the line of arrival at 1: 44 in the morning of Saturday, thus obtaining the Nautical Club El Balís trophy as a real-time winner of the first stage, and a well-deserved third place in the general classification in compensated time, whose victory corresponded to the Yellow Rose, followed by the Asterix, X 332 by Guillermo Diaz Pitarch, of the CN EL Balis.

With little time for rest, on Saturday, 8 July, at 2 p.m., the second stage was held to serve to define the final positions. The Duende, IMS 50 of Inés Rodríguez, of the RCN of Barcelona was the first ship to complete the L'Cala - Islas Medas - Calle of 11 and a half miles, in just an hour and a half, becoming worthy of the Trophy Club Nautico Calgo to the winner in real time of the second stage. In compensated time, the SMerit was raised with the victory, followed by the Yellow Rose and the third place in this second stage was L'Oreig, of Martí Gelabert.

At 20 hours on Saturday, the trophy ceremony was held, which was chaired by Josep Bofill, Mayor of the Scale, accompanied by Josep María Isern, Vice-President of the Federació Catalana de Vela and Pere Sala, a sports delegate of the Náutic Club of l'Escala, who, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the race, collected a plaque in thanks for the support of the ampurdana club to La Ruta de la Tramuntana, which for 12 years has hosted the fleet on its arrival on the Costa Brava, and co-organizes for the second stage of the same year.

In addition to the trophy of the absolute winner, the Yellow Rose rose up with the victory of the Trasmed Trophy - category A2, the SMerit and the Enigma, Grand Soleil 44 of Lluis Tort, accompanied him in the podium of this disputed category.

L'Oreig, A-35 of Martí Gelabert, of the Nàutic Club of Port d'Aro obtained the Repsol Trophy as winner of the category of Full Crew, the Triplex II, Dufour 334 of Jordi Capel of the CV Golfus, and the Furri, Dufour 40 of Ramón Almata of the CN l'Scale obtained the second and third position, respectively.

In the category Promotion was made with the victory of the Trophy Ausmar el Nervi, Bavaria 35 match of Domingo Gil of the CV Golfus, while the Aral, Dehler 34 of Ferran Teva of the CN EL Balís, did the same with the Trophy Salon Nautico Barcelona - category Training, reserved for school and sixth list ships.

In the framework of the pattern meeting, Fran Ripoll, president of the Nautical Club El Balís, collected from the hands of Andrés Oliva, representing the Nautical Club Skipper and Nautical Dissemination, promoters of the race, a plaque in thanks for the collaboration of the club of the Maresme that for 30 years has faithfully welcomed the departure of all the editions of this race, which, in its 2006 edition, with arrival in Roses, reached its historical record of participation with 130 ships

The tasting of anchovy of the scale, and the traditional fideuà for all the crews served to close the thirtieth edition of La Ruta de la Tramuntana, which is supported by the Patronato de Turismo Costa Brava Girona, as well as Ports de la Generalitat, the ACPET and the Association of Altura del Mediterranean Regatists
