The balar regatist Caterina Tomas rose with the bronze medal after reaching the last day leading the classification

After six days of championship in Lake Garda, Italy, Caterina Tomás closes its participation as the best regatist of the national team hanging the bronze in Sub17. The Andalusian Antonio Medina and the Balar Jorge Ruiz, the sixth and ninth male Sub17, have also remained in Top10.

The Caterina Tomás ballet has been at the top of the female general classification Sub17, closing the preliminary series as the category leader. This position of privilege was classified directly for the Grand Final of the Medal Series, which it accessed next to the first two classified in the Final Semi.

In this last race of three participants, the markers were set to zero to decide the continental podium which, finally, is headed by the Italian Medea Falcioni, followed by the Turkish Ada Tan, and with the Spanish Caterina Tomás in third position. His team partner, the Azul Sánchez, was at the gates of Top10 at 11.

On this last day, Jorge Ruiz and Antonio Medina also sailed to the Men's Sub17 Medal Series from posts 7 and 9 respectively. In the Final Quarters, where those classified in positions 4 to 10 and with the marker to zero, the Andalusian Antonio Medina took the lead and obtained the third position, which was worth taking the sixth place in the final classification, in which the shooting Jorge Ruiz was ninth.

In the female Sub19 category, Bárbara Winau (Baleares) was the best ranked in position 11, and among the Sub19 boys the first Spanish was Ramón Villalonga (Baleares) in twenty-second position.
