CEU Andalucía and IMBS. International Maritime Business School launch this program for the first time in e-learning (100% online) that will be certified by both educational entities

The maritime, port and logistical sectors are in continuous growth and with very high levels of employability. The training offered in these areas is very limited and follows traditional patterns that involve high costs in addition to the availability that, both students and teachers, cannot always optimize.

Programme objectives:

• To place the Director in the business organization by making him see the importance of his role within it in the context of his specificity.

• Mobilize and improve the leadership potential of the Directors by raising awareness of the importance of their mission as resource managers (especially human) and by facilitating their knowledge and implementation of management and motivation tools.

• To improve the ability of the Directors to have a positive impact on the work of the employees under their management, by encouraging the acquisition and development of the most appropriate skills and by achieving the level of commitment necessary to achieve the proposed objectives.

• To transfer knowledge to facilitate the work of the Directors in their communication and teaching function, seeking to raise interest and encourage the participation of their workers in the assimilation of knowledge, skills and skills.

These objectives focus on the achievement of the involvement of the Directors in all processes especially of the maritime, port and / or logistics companies and organizations by transferring the knowledge that will be essential for the search for efficiency and efficiency in the workplace.

At present, there is no similar programme covering the specificity and speciality of maritime, port and logistics companies.

Training in the above-mentioned sectors has an important strategic component for governments and companies, as specific operational and legislation are largely standardized at the international level, thus facilitating access to the labour market, encouraging growth within the company and / or opening up expectations to new professional horizons.
