The International Programme includes three visits to ports of relevance in Spain: Puerto de Cádiz, whose specialization lies in the Naval Construction and Tourism of Cruises, Puerto de Algeciras, the first port in volume of goods from Spain and Puerto de Sevilla, the reference port of the river of Guadalquivir. In addition you will also visit the Zona Franca de Cadiz and the Zona Franca de Sevilla

The so-called Periplo a la Atlántida is an exclusive International Programme of University Extension of double certification of maritime, port and logistics formation that will have a duration of ten days that includes the visit to the ports of Cadiz, which will be the formative headquarters, Seville and Algeciras and has a limited number of squares.

One of the objectives of the programme is to promote knowledge between different countries, so one of the academic focus is to attract professionals from Latin America to know the maritime, port and logistics operation in Spain and to promote dual-track knowledge and professional relations between students from the different participating countries.

Through conferences, seminars and workshops by teachers and experts of the highest teaching quality, all of this is complemented by a "Fin de Periplo (TFP) work" in which teamwork will be encouraged.

The international programme includes a visit, training and certification of the Institute of Postgraduate CEU Andalucía. In addition, the programme has the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Cadiz and CADIZPORT Association of the Harbour Community of Cadiz, Harbour Authority Bahia de Cadiz, Zona Franca de Cadiz, Harbour Authority of Seville, Zona Franca de Sevilla and the Harbour Authority Bahia de Algeciras with the aim of promoting the local infrastructure as well as the promotion and development of international business with Latin America.
