Porron X, armed by Luis Senís and under the sports direction of the Lanzaroteño Nano Negrín, starts the season with the Swan 42 adding the first win. It is thus conquered by its seventh triumph in the Regata Castellón Costa Azahar with two partial wins, the two achieved in yesterday's day, in which it was possible to navigate and close two tests.

Today, the parties already pointed out that it was going to be a long and very complicated day, difficult to close a single test. And so it was. At the expected time, 10.30 hours, the fleet was made to the race field with a slight blow and with the worst weather conditions.

The race committee, with the fleet in the planned area, has always searched for the wind and while there was some amago, it did not arrive neither intensity nor in direction, so already over the time limit, 3 hours, the committee decided to terminate the race.

With the results of yesterday's Porron X, under the grympola of the RCN of Valencia, is proclaimed champion of the XXVI Regata Castellón Costa de Azahar, with two partial wins in the 1-2 Class. The silver is for the local Proalvente, by Eduardo Maestre, with 4 points, while the U.P. Valencia, by José Antonio Gil and with the flag of the RCN of Valencia is third with 7 points, the same that has obtained the Tuvvik, by Joaquín Ibáñez, of the RCN of Castellón. In class 3 the triumph has been for ibicenco Nautic Café del Mar, while in the 4 Guaira is made with the title.

The twenty-sixth edition of the Regata Castellón Costa Azahar, organized by the Real Club Náutico de Castellón, began today in Valencian waters.

The Swan 42 has had two quiet races, with two clean exits and marking the way to its two main opponents: Proalvente, a Grand Soleil 40 DK by Eduardo Maestre and the Tuvvik, an A40 RC by Joaquín Ibáñez.

In the second test one more guest has been incorporated in the class RI 1-2, as is the U.P. Valencia, led by José Antonio Gil, counting on Proalvino and Tuvvik. The three 40 feet have kept a nice fight, the university ship being the third and the Spanish one the fourth square.

With this, Porron X of Luis Senís signs two first posts, adding 2 points. The second place in RI 1-2 is for Proalvente, with two seconds on, while the provisional bronze is shared by the U.P. Valencia, and the Tuvvik, both tied to 7 points.
