Point and end in the Roman Portus Victoriae Iuliobrigensium of the Snipe competitions of the International Week of Santander, which at this weekend had at stake the trophy that was held in honor of Rafael Sanz Juan de Dios Valenzuela.

As the day progressed, the complications in the field of races were in- crescendo even for the head group, as was the intensity of the wind that reached 20 knots.
