Marta Simal in Optimist, Miguel Ribera and Hugo Sánchez in RS Feva, Covadonga Fernández in ILCA 4, Fernando Alonso in ILCA 6 and José Palacio and Andrea Ponte in Snipe, winners of the X Trophy of San Pedro de Vela Ligera of the Real Club Astur de Regatas.
During the weekend, the X Trophy of San Pedro de Vela Ligera del RCAR has been held in Gijón waters, in which the classes have participated: Optimist, RS Feva, ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and Snipe.
In the Optimist class, Marta Simal dominated the Trophy from beginning to end being the fastest in the four sleeves. The second square was for, Alma Pérez followed by Pablo Durán.
In RS Feva we had to wait until the last manga to know who was with the Trophy, Miguel Ribera and Hugo Sánchez or Aida Marqués and Carlos Fernández. In the end the balance bowed in favor of, Ribera and Sánchez, both couples with two first, a second and a fourth place on the table. The third square was for Rodrigo Llanes and Diego Fernández.
In the same way, equality until the end between the first two in ILCA 4, Covadonga Fernández and Gonzalo Jaudenes, who tied to points after the four sleeves, Covadonga Fernández took the title when he beat in the last sleeve. The third square was obtained by Pablo Suárez.
The Alonso García-Lomas brothers were the protagonists in ILCA 6, the two with options to win until the last board. Ferdinand's veteran was imposed on Alvaro's youth by winning the last test and later the Trophy. The third position with three third parties was for, Julio Riba.
In Snipe, José Palacio and Andrea Ponte, they were untouchable since the first race on Saturday and achieved a full of victories, four out of four. Marco and Guillermo Fernández got the second square with two seconds in their locker, followed by José de La Riba and Luis Ford.
