Seven teams of five nations have competed for four days and more than twenty sleeves in Valencian waters

Valencia Mar has hosted the first test of the Copa Algebris 69F 2023, the European circuit of the "flying ships," the most similar mode to the ships of the America's Cup today.

After a week of intense competition, the French team Groupe Atlantic has been victorious and has been set up with the first test of the 69F European season. Suisse Katana Sailing has taken second place, followed by Antiguan Rum Runners in third position.

On the last day of the race, the teams have enjoyed extraordinary conditions for the practice of sailing. "We are very happy, it has been a great event, we have had a rather loose start of race, but we have gone to more and we have done with victory," said Louis Chambet, a member of the Groupe Atlantic Sailing Team

The first Algebris Cup event 69F 2023 is over and the circuit will be moved from May 29 to June 3 to Lake Molvena, north of Lake Garda, Italy, with amazing alpine landscapes and navigation conditions.
