Vice President Yllanes presented this morning the competition that will take place from 27 to 30 April at the Moll Vell in Palma

The Palma International Boat Show is consolidated as one of the essential fairs of the beginning of the nautical season. This is true of the participation figures, with 271 participating companies and about 600 vessels exposed... of them more than 250 at sea, distributed in a fair area of 81,000 square meters.

The sailing ships are one more year the protagonists of the fair of Palma, which has always been characterized by one of the largest exhibitions of this type of ships in Europe, especially of great length. It also highlights the presence of sailing and motor catamarans, which have increased their presence over the years, as they are the preferred vessels for the nautical charter. With regard to the engine, the fair will show the latest models of tenders and dayboats of medium-high length, and of transportable semi-rigid of medium-small length, according to the latest trends in the nautical sector.

The Palma International Boat Show includes the Palma Superyacht Village, a section specially designed to purchase or buy boats over 24 meters long, both by sailing and motor. The Palma Superyacht Village has an area specialized in ship repair and maintenance, known as refit & repair, which in this edition will have the participation of more than twenty leading companies in the nautical industry, as well as service companies located in other areas of the Village.

This year's great news is the incorporation of the Innovation Corner, organized by Yachting Venture, a space that seeks to promote dialogue between emerging companies, dedicated to innovation, digitization and sustainability, and industry professionals. In this area, 12 emerging companies specialized in nautical activities will present the advances and new technologies applied to the sector.
