More than a dozen boats have already expressed their interest in participating in the superyacht meeting of the Bay of Palma, including a trio of impressive Class J. Thus, along with Svea and Velsheda, which will probably return in 2023, the Majorcan waters will again receive Lionheart, a vessel that last participated in the Superyacht Cup Palma in 2014, winning three tests - including a final defiant - and taking on the victory of a fleet of five Class J.

The unusual history of Lionheart began in the 1930s, as an original design of Burgess & Stephens that was not finally carried out. The boat saw the light after the review of the initial model by Hoek Design, and was launched in 2010. Along with Svea, Lionheart is a brilliant example of Hoek Design, a collaborator of the Superyacht Cup.

Other superyachts that could return - some for the second consecutive year - are Archelon, Pattoo and Kiboko 3, these last two protagonists of a class A match, in which it was raised with the victory Pattoo, 33 meters long.

The Superyacht Cup Palma will also receive this year a new participant, the Swan 100 Onyx (formerly Aquarius Alfa and Flying Dragon II).

Onyx faces the possibility of competing against a schoolmate of Nauthor Swan, Jasi (former Odin), a potential participant that has just successfully completed the RORC 2023 Transatlantic.
