Nodosa, apart from other sectors such as fishing, tugboats, dredgers, offshore or passage, is also a specialist in this type of port service ships, as it performs repair and processing activities in many over the year.

Nodosa Shipyard has just closed the recruitment of two "MARPOL vessels," specially for the collection of liquid and oily waste from ships in port, with double hull, and also for the collection and transport of solid waste in containers on deck, scrupulously complying with the above-mentioned strict Regulation (MARPOL).

Ships, of different sizes according to the needs of their operators (27 and 18 meters long), which may also be used as suppliers and of supply to other vessels, are designed to perform their functions under the most demanding conditions and are expected to be completed in record time.

NODOSA has been an auxiliary metal company for over 40 years. In 1982 it opened its caldería workshops and at the beginning of the '90s, it acquired the concession of small boats. After successive stages of growth and expansion, the first becomes the current factory and headquarters, and the second becomes the great shipyard that is today. In parallel, it has been adding other work centres such as the mechanical workshop. Thus, gradually, NODOSA has acquired the strength and versatility necessary to respond to the most demanding guarantees of the national and international market.
