The Spanish Cup of Aquatic Motorcycles Xacobeo 21-22 was held on a single day, in a circuit between the buoys type RallyJet mounted in front of the espigon of the Port of Vigo, in the vicinity of the entrance mouth to the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo, full in its length of spectators
Great performance of the Viguesa Sandra Fernández in the Spanish Cup of Aquatic Motorcycles Xacobeo 21-22 played on Saturday at the Ría de Vigo. The olive, the champion of the absolute world in the Jet Ski mode, certainly demonstrated why it is one of the best pilots in the world of specialty, with unsurpassed physical qualities and a technical skill that place it within the world's palmaris.
Fernández took the three sleeves at the Xacobea Cup with great authority over the rest of his opponents, with Antonio Ferreiro in silver and José Rodríguez in bronze.
In the Runabout mode, the organization, which was run by the Royal Galician Federation of Motononautics, distinguishes two categories: GP1 and GP0 / Féminas. In the first the podium was occupied by the zaragozano Juan Aloguín, also proud in the water and leaving notoriety of the power of its machine and its control of the circuit. The silver post in GP1 was awarded by Fernando Durán, and the bronze Jonathan Otero, both representing Galicia.
The Galician community also ran the winner of the unified Runabout between the GP0 and the Féminas, going up to the first step Javier Rey. The second place was for Adrián Camiña. And the third for Silvia Caride.
The Jet Ski - standing pilots - validated three 11-minute sleeves each, adding one more turn in the first two tests. The third one ran in 9 minutes. However, the Runabout played two 20-minute sleeves the first and 15 the second, also adding one more turn, in an exercise of resistance, where the physical background is a handicap for the pilots
The Spanish Cup of Aquatic Motorcycles Xacobeo 21-22 was sponsored by the Xunta de Galicia and the collaboration of the Real Federación Española de Motonática, Sport Galego of the Xeral Secretariat for or Sport of the Xunta de Galicia, Plan Xacobeo, the Maritime Service of the Civil Guard, Real Club Náutico, Liceo Marítimo de Bouzas, Harbour Authority, Cíes Jet, JetVigo and Trofeos Seipol.

This Saturday at the Ria de Vigo by the hand of the Royal Galician Federation of Motonautics, in an event promoted from the Xunta of Galicia on the occasion of the celebration of the Spanish Cup of Aquatic Motorcycles Xacobeo 21-22.
The meeting was presented this morning in the halls of the Real Club Náutico de Vigo, with the presence of the president of the Harbour Authority of the Port of Vigo, Jesús Vázquez Almuiña; the head of the Provincial Service of Sports of the Xunta de Galicia, Daniel Benavides; the president and vice president of the Real Federación Galician de Motonática, José Fernández and Carlos Gago, respectively, acting as host José Antonio Portela, president of the sports and social entity of the Viguese Náutico.
A total of 30 pilots will compete in the spectacular modalities of the Jet Ski and the Runabout, in a route between buoys mounted on the water sheet in front of the espionage of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo, for the Jet Ski, with 3 punctuable sleeves of 11 minutes each, adding one more round, and a Rallyjet or resistance test inside the Viguese ría with two punctuable sleeves of 25 minutes each, also adding one more, for the Runabout, these last bikes of greater power and speed.
The competition program starts at 12 noon, alternating both modes until 2 p.m., when the last exit will take place. Previously, from 9 in the morning, the protocol of administrative and technical checks begins, with a time for free training, from 11 to 11.45 in the morning.
