35 ships will compete in the canarian bay this weekend

The preparations for the tribésimosegunda edition of the Princess of Asturias Trophy are completed this weekend in the bay of Las Palmas, by the Royal Nautical Club Gran Canaria.

The competition will take place throughout Saturday and Sunday where 4 barlovento-sotavento tests are scheduled for the ORC classes (0-5) and 3 for ORC (E), one of which will be a coastal tour.

This edition has the participation of ships from the islands of Tenerife and Lanzarote to which the agricultural fleet is added... Portugal will also have participants.

The Princess of Asturias Trophy, is the last notable test for the Spanish Cup of Cruises ORC (Canary area) and this event will also meet the winner of the Second Canary Trophy that awards the absolute winner of the two main sports dates for the fleet of autonomous cruises: the Infantas Trophy of Spain disputed last September in Tenerife and the next Princess of Asturias.
