The ILCA 6 World Championship started last Tuesday 11 in Texas and will be held until next Sunday 16. Compiten a total of 85 laser and Spain is represented by three regatists

The Andalusian Ana Moncada has managed to qualify as the gold group of the ILCA 6 World Cup that is being held in Texas, United States.

In the first three days of competition, the fleet, composed of 85 vessels, has been able to complete only four sleeves. There are three more days of race ahead, ending the World Cup on Sunday 16.

Of the three Spanish participants, only Ana Moncada has managed to overcome the cut of the gold group, and has done so since position 34 of the general.

For their part, Martina Reino (46) and Cristina Pujol (53) will sail in the silver group with the goal already set in the European championship of the class to be held in the mid-November in Hyeres, France.
