The Asturians of the Royal Astur Club of Gijón Regates, celebrating their victory in Galician waters

The Asturian team Bullbox has won the title of best team in the Spanish Championship of Cruises - Lotteries and State Bet that has been held this weekend at the Monte Real Club of Yates in Baiona.

During three days of competition, 18 teams of 12 autonomous federations have been tested in monotype races with direct arbitration. Emotions and equality have been the dominant tonic, leaving the final victory in vain until the last test.

Bullbox was made with the victory, followed by the Valencian Team Tac, second, and with the Menork Alba III in the third position.

Decisive day of the Spanish Championship of Cruises - Lotteries and State Bet Trophy, for six of the 18 teams participating will play everything in a series of a maximum of three sleeves they face with the locker to zero.

The chosen will be Team Tac (Valencia), Butxaca (Canary Islands), Impredigital (Cantabria), Bullbox (Principality of Asturias), Lanzarote Paradise (Canary Islands) and Alba III (Balearic Islands)... who will tomorrow be in this final series... for their part, the teams of groups two and three will compete a last sleeve to close the final general classification of the competition.

2022-10-07: First day in Baiona of the National League of Cruises

Tomorrow the competition will resume reset the lockers and redistribute the groups.... the first two of each group shall form group 1, the third and fourth group 2, and the fifth and sixth groups shall form group 3

The Royal Spanish Federation of Vela brings together 18 crews, with more than 100 regatists, of 12 autonomous federations in the Monte Real Club de Yates de Baiona this weekend. Butxaca (Canarias), Team Tac (Comunidad Valenciana) and Bullbox (Principality of Asturias) have been the best of their respective groups and are the main candidates for the national title.

In the first batch, the canary team Butxaca of Joaquín Blanco was imposed on the rest of the fleet with solvency and won the pass to the favorite group tomorrow next to the Galician Orion.

In group 2 the victory was for the Valencian Team Tac, with Gustavo Gastaldi as the pattern, while the second position, and also to the first group of tomorrow, was for the Impredigital song. Together with these four teams, they will also be in the group of leaders tomorrow the Asturian Bullbox, of Sabastiano Napoli, winner in his fleet, and the Basque Rat Pack, second.

2022-10-06: The National of Cruises in the Figaro del Monte Real begins in Galician waters

17 crews from a dozen autonomous communities take part this weekend in Baiona in the Spanish Championship of Cruises by teams and autonomies, organized by the Royal Spanish Federation of Vela and under the sponsorship of Lotteries and State Bet (Photo María Muíña)

A hundred regatists, divided into 17 teams representing twelve autonomous communities, will meet that weekend, in the Spanish Championship of Cruises - Lotteries Trophy and State Bet that will be held in Galician waters of Baiona Bay... by the hand of Mount Real Club of Yates.

One of the novelties of the competition is that thanks to the sponsorship of State Lotteries and Stateholders and the financial support of the RFEV, the participants will not have to pay for registration and their stay in Baiona will be paid for by the organizers of the race.

The color note will be seen in the sea, where all the teams will look a custom lycra according to the autonomous community they represent. It should also be noted that the winner of the championship, in addition to the national title, will obtain for its territory the recognition of the best autonomy of Spain.

The autonomous federations represented by one or two teams in this Spanish Championship of Cruises are: Andalusia, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Autonomous City of Melilla, Valencia Community, Castilla la Mancha, Catalonia, Galicia, Balearic Islands, Principality of Asturias, Murcia Region, Basque Country... the curtain rises in the Villa de La Pinta on Friday.
