The first edition of the Barcelona Finn Master organized by the Reial Club Nàutic in Barcelona was held in Barcelona waters... which has marked that after forty years, the races have returned to the first nautical club of the Iberian Mediterranean.

Two were the days... on Saturday Xavier Penas with his Noemi was imposed in the tests of the day with two first and one second (1-2-1), Redbullet de Juan Grau (4-1-6) was placed in second position and closed the Silver Fox locker of Xavier Mayoral (7-3-2).

On Sunday the conditions were not easy, the strong south-west winds that reached the 22 knots forced the finnists to demonstrate all their experience and skills. Two of the three planned tests were completed. Xavier Penas won the two sleeves and proclaimed himself the winner of the race.
