Cadiz signs as SailGP headquarters until 2024

The fourth season of SailGP, the global racing championship on water driven by a purpose, will bring more events than ever, while the league, season after season continues its expansion at an impressive pace.

National SailGP teams will compete around the world to reach fourteen events - almost three times the number of events seen in season 1 - in a brutal season that will extend 14 months.

SailGP's 4th season will be launched in Chicago on June 17 and 18, 2023, in a city where the masses agitated at the Navy Pier for a successful T-Mobile United States Sail Grand Prix in season 3.

This event will continue with a summer in the northern hemisphere focused on European stages, confirming the return to the favorite location of fans in season 2: Taranto, in southern Italy on September 23 and 24, with a league visit to Cadiz, for the third consecutive year, to celebrate the Spain Sail Grand Prix - 124; Andalusia - Cadiz on October 14 and 15.

The renewal of the Cadiz agreement is for the next two years, with a choice of two more. It is a clear case of success for the joint work done by the institutions Junta de Andalucía, Diputación de Cadiz and Ciudad de Cadiz. The Spain Sail Grand Prix, 124; Andalusia - Cadiz this September will also serve as a celebration of this renewal.
