Finally, the president of the Royal Canary Federation of Vela and, in turn, official of this international race, Rafael Bonilla updated the attendees, of all the technical requirements such as tour, assistance, regatta instructions and the follow-up that can be done in real time on the fleet, through a satellite program, by having the ships with a global positioning system.
