The Advanced and F-one Amateur categories started their first day of competition with the young Carlos Espí and Alejandro Gómez, dominating their respective classifications
The soft winds of the second day of the Spirit of Adventure FKSS 2022 Tarifa did not prevent the German Jannis Maus from winning four of the six sleeves disputed, thus maintaining his leadership in the classification.
The young Carlos Espí finished the first day of competitions of the Advanced category in first position while Alejandro Gómez was placed provisional leader of the F-one Amateur category.
The current leader of the circuit, Alejandro Citation, managed to take the first place in two of the six tests of the day from Jannis Maus, who achieved perfect results on the previous day. However, Maus crossed the arrival line in the four remaining tests first, and thanks to the minimum of tests needed to rule out two results of the classification, the two Citation wins did not affect him in the final score of the day.
On the other hand, Citation and the Chinese Olympic team regatist, Haoran Zhang, were in second place. The Spanish, with the two wins achieved, stood ahead of the Asian regatist at the end of the day, just one point from this.
On the other hand, in the female category, Chinese regatist Jingle Chen maintained her leadership in the female category, while German Leonie Meyer went up to second, followed by Chen Wan Li's partner.
The young regatist of the Royal Nautical Club of Valencia, Carlos Espí, opened the first day of the Advanced category, placing himself leader of the fleet after achieving two first, two seconds, a third and a penalty in the second test that could be ruled out from the final results. After him, only one point, Juan Manuel Goytia ended up in a second provisional position, while seven points from him, Enrique Moreno closed the provisional podium of the category.
In the Amateur category, Alejandro Gómez, of the Reial Club Nàutic Port de Pollença, was able to rise to the top of the classification with two first and one second in the three trials disputed. Alongside him, José Fontalba and Adriá Rabassa completed the provisional podium in a second and third place.

China's kit team will travel to Spain to compete for the first time in the country's most important Formula Kite circuit.
