The ILCA Olympic class is the largest of all and a total of 242 sub-21-year-olds from 41 countries will participate in this global event.

The ILCA Sub21 World Cup will be held this week in Vilamoura with 17 Spanish in liza. Ten regatists will compete in ILCA 7 and seven others will compete in ILCA 6... the tests will start on Tuesday and continue until Sunday.

They will sail through Spain in ILCA 7: Jano Huertanos, Pol Font, Marcos Altarribia, Ricard Castellví, Adolfo Pasqual, Javier Seguí, Rafael García, Gonzalo Suárez, Samuel Beneyto and Mariano Cebrián.

In ILCA 6 the national representation will be in Lola Belize, María Martínez, Claudia Adam, Lara Himmes, Isabel Hernández and Miriam Sitges.
