The first edition of the President of Cruises Trophy has been held in the Bay of San Lorenzo, a consolidated test within the program of summer regatta gijonés... the two sleeves planned under a carousel tour between buoys through the bay were held, with a departure and arrival in front of the Royal Club Astur de Regatas de Gijón.

The Orbayu, by Miguel Suarez, took the Trophy, breaking the hegemony of the GS1, made two good sleeves, winning the first and finishing in second position the closing one.

For its part, the GS1 of Fernando Alonso won the last four editions, on this occasion he had to conform to the second square, scoring a quarter in the first manga and winning in the second.

The third square was obtained by the Ita II, by Pedro Guerra, when he finished second in the first manga and was fourth in the second.
