The Argentines Maximo Videla and Tadeo Funes de Rioja are the new absolute world champions in El Balís Sant Andreu de Llavaner.- The Canarian crew formed by the sisters Paula and Isabel Laiseca (RCN Gran Canaria) have proclaimed themselves world champions of 29er in female category in waters of El Balís. Two tests have been held with winds of the south-south-west between 7 and 10 knots of intensity, although the last compasses of the second test have been falling to five, which has caused that a third sleeve could not finally be released. In the first test the current and the intensity of the wind has caused the Regatas Committee to point up to 22 out of line.

The fleet is divided into six groups, and the leaders Soma Kis-Szölgyémi and Sámuel Juhász have made a first and a second in the Green group, which puts them at the top of the table.
