For Mirfak by Diego López the Rías Altas Regata
Mirfak, with Diego López in a row, from the Ferrol Regatas Naval Commission, was awarded the 49 Rías Alta Regata, after four days of navigation over 90 miles and after going through the ports of A Coruña, Malpica de Bergantiños, Ferrol and Cedeira and which organized the Nautico de La Coruña... the ship based in Ferrol was also imposed in ORC1
The second in the absolute general was the Urbapaz, by Fran Edreira of the Nautico de Cabanas... the third general position was for the Bon III, by Victor Carrión del Punta Lagoa de Vigo.
In ORC2 the triumph was for the Bon III ahead of La Maria de Carolina Martínez and the Raygrass III of Ton Núñez del Carrumeiro de Corcubion, and the Sadamar-Alma do Mar, of Nito Enríquez del Náutico de Cabanas.
In ORC3 the first position was for the Golfiño, by José Naya del Nautico Ria de Ares, followed by Bastiagueiro, the J-80 of the School of Sailing of the Nautico of La Coruña.

In the third stage of this punctuable test for the Spanish Championship of High Cruises, the Mirfak returned to be imposed between Ferrol and Cedeira but in real time although in compensation the triumph was for the Urbapaz that carries two partial victories.
After this third stretch, the Bon 3, by Víctor Carrión del Punta Lagoa Vigués, occupies the third place of the general and with a partial triumph in the first stage that ended in Malpica. The fourth square of this general is for La María, from Carolina Martínez and the fifth is the Eleko Mambo, from Carlos Sampedro.
In ORC 1, as Urbapaz and Mirfak are pointed out, by this order, followed by the Eleko Mamb and Javadaa, who patrons Roberto Bermudez of Castro Rey.
In ORC 2 there is a good sports struggle with the Bon 3 in the head, followed by La María, the Raygrass III de Ton Núñez (Carrumeiro) and the Sadamar-Alma do Mar de Nito Enríquez (Náutico de Cabanas). Strong struggle is expected in the last section as the positions are not final.
Finally in ORC 3 the Golfiño, by Jose Naya del Ría de Ares ahead of the J-80 Bastiagueiro, of the School of Sailing of the organizing club, in which two monitors and two students who can already have a great sports experience in a race of more than 90 miles are regatta.

UrbáPaz de Fran Edreira del Náutico de Cabanas, is the new leader of the 49 edition of the Rías Alta Regata after the second stage of Malpica-Ferrol, scheduled with just over 22 miles but that the absence of wind in the first part forced the regatta committee to shorten it to 17 and a half miles.
