Great environment and much participation in Banyoles
Last weekend the Spanish Olympic Row Championship was held in Banyoles for the Alevin, Children and Veteran categories... with the participation of 65 clubs from all over Spain.
The final medallion was headed by the Club de Remo Guadalquivir 86 with three oros and one silver, followed by the Club Náutico Sevilla with three oros and a bronze and third was the Club Remo Ribadeo with two oros, one silver and one bronze... the trophy promotion was given to the Club Náutico Sevilla for the results in the Spanish championships in the category Alevín, Children and Cadete.
Satisfaction generalizes in the Real Club de Regatas de Alicante with its technician at the head... Lionel Jimenes... for the performance of its athletes in the Olympic rowing nationals held on the track of Banyoles in Catalonia... the level was very high, despite which the Alicantino athletes (with the exception of the 4x female alevin), achieved the semifinals in some cases and the finals in others... which is summarized in having achieved the gold in 2x female veteran, 2- female veteran and 8 + female veteran... on their part, the athletes of the children's 4x categories in the 4x and the men's categories in the 4x. The same thing was done by the 4x veteran remers... the Alicantino club teams also obtained a bronze medal corresponding to category 4x Female Veteran.
