The Valencian Adriana Castro has today proclaimed itself the European champion Sub 17 of the Olympic class ILCA 6. The competition, which has taken place in Thessaloniki, Greece, has consisted of twelve tests and in the female category have competed 109 athletes.

In the eighth position of the general, Adriana Castro, the new champion of Europe sub 17, has been classified. The regatist of the Torrevieja RCN has been throughout the competition at the top and has led the sub17 classification since the second day, confirmed today a strong victory.

A final infarction and protest have deprived Claudia Adam of going on the podium of the ILCA 6 Youth European Championship. In the last manga of the competition, the regatist of the CN Santa Pola has been penalized with an off-line and has later seen how the results of the penultimate test were modified.
