The twenty-second edition of the Nautical Week, which organized the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña, was a complete success by bringing together at sea 115 ships from Optimist, Finn and ILCA 4, 6 and 7, with the support of Gadisa, Cabreiroá and Vanguard... at the closing ceremony, with the corresponding award of prizes were the Council of Sports Mónica Martínez and the Commodore of the Club, Jorge Etcheverría.
In ILCA 6 were five sleeves and in which the Coruñés Carlos González Regueral was clearly imposed with four partial wins. In girls Alba González, from the Maritime of Canido, defeated. In Ilca 7 the domain after five sleeves was from Roque Viejo (Oza- Puntal) who defeated in three of them.
Alba Díaz, from the Herculine Nautico, was imposed on girls in ILCA 4, ahead of Alejandra Peleteiro (Sanxenxo) and Ana Rodríguez (Canido). In boys the victory was for Miguel Rodríguez Tábara (Canido), followed by Fernando Campos, the same club and Martín Mijares (Marina Coruña).
In Finn the whole podium was for the Nautical with Antonio Parra at the top and escorted by Jesus Pintos and David Rivero.
In the class Optimist Fernando González del Castillo he did not let down as current Galician champion and first in the ranking. In its sub- 16 category, this young man from the School of Sailing of the Coruñés Nautico was clearly imposed on Jaime Díaz (Marina Coruña) and the third, Luis Wizner (Nautico de Vigo). In girls another win for the organizing club as Arancha Rivero imposed himself on Sara Reboredo (Náutico de Vigo) and his partner at the Nora Nieto Coruñesa School... in sub- 13 boys won Jaime Díaz (Marina Coruña) and in colluas the win was for Laura Pérez (Canido) ahead of Alma Chamorro, his own team and Carmen Bermejo (Náutico Coruñés).

2022-07-07: A hundred ships in the Nautical Week of La Coruña on its 22nd anniversary

The one that was Caixanova Week continues its journey at times not as bright as those foundational... despite everything in the locker 22 editions... which is very worthy
This weekend in the bay and organized by the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña, will take place the twenty-second edition of the Nautical Week with more than a hundred ships in competition, in the classes Optimist, Finn and ILCA 4, 6 and 7.
The regatists represent the Náutico Ria de Ares, Oza-Puntal, As Pontes, Sanxenxo, Vigo, Marina Coruña, Alamar de Sada, Grupo Bazan, Ferrol, Canido, Portugal and the organizing club.
The most important fleet will be that of Optimist, with the best young people in the Community, including the current Galician champion and first of the annual Fernando González del Castillo ranking.
As regatists highlighted in this event, we must highlight in ILCA 4 Marta Torres, the organizing club, the first in girls and the third absolute; in the current ranking, and also Alejandra Peleteiro (Sanxenxo) or Ana Rodríguez Tábaa, of Canido.
Em ILCA 6 will be among other athletes Alba Alonso, well located in the ranking (Canido) and the Coruñés Carlos González Regueral. As far as ILCA 7 is concerned, the current number one Galician, Old Roque, from the Red-Puntal will intervene. Finally in the Finn class will regateate the Coruñés David Rivero, current French subchampion, last June in Lorient.
Saturday's tests will start at 2: 00 on Saturday and 11: 00 on Sunday morning, to proceed to the award of prizes on the same Sunday at around 5: 00 p.m., at the facilities of the Club's School of Sailing.
