The Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña and the Royal Cork Yacht Club of Ireland have just exchanged their respective grimpolas, through Mauro González Regueral, from the School of Sailing of the Coruña Nautical and who was nine months in Ireland and defended this Irish Club in several competitions in that country... this mythical Irish club that was created in 1720 is the oldest in the world.

The grympola of the Royal Cork Yacht Club was received by Mauro González Regueral, from the Admiral of that entity, Kieram O'Connell, to bring her to the Coruñés Nautico and was delivered to the Comodoro Jorge Etcheverría, as seen in both images.

During his stay in Ireland Mauro González Regueral won the Winter League, two regional competitions and was third in the National Championship of ILCA.
