We have received this note of criticism for the authorities that deal with the issue by Anavre and which is signed by its President Jaime Darder, who we proceed to publish in Digital Nautics simply as notaries of today... which does not indicate or agree with, or share, its content. DIGITAL NAUTICA.

The Government excludes the recreational nautical from the subsidies for the increase in the price of fuels. We encourage @ mitmagob to reconsider this position in a tourism sector that contributes significantly to GDP in several Communities

Who advises the Government on the measures that affect the nautical of recreation?... we would certainly have to look for it among our worst enemies. The punishment of our exclusion from fuel subsidies enjoyed by the rest of society, regardless of whether the use of the vehicle is professional, personal or leisure, is unjustifiable and clearly discriminatory. A clear example of this is that motorhomes and rental vehicles have not been excluded, the first for the vast majority of recreational activities and the second for the majority of tourist destinations.

The time chosen, when we are at the beginning of a season that should consolidate the nautical of recreation as a strong tourist alternative after the pandemic, is especially harmful. What are our rulers thinking? Are you not aware of the deep crisis that was going through the nautical in previous years? Do you think that a certain increase in enrolment in 2021, followed by a slight downward trend in 22, means that you could leave the nautical and its users without any help?
The reference to Article 2 (2) and (3) 15 which the Royal Decree cites reads as follows: "The previous products used as fuel in private recreational navigation are excluded from the bonus." A mention made and drafted in such a way that it seems that it is being excluded from aid to an elitist and luxury sector.

Have these gentlemen realized that 90% of the fleet is made up of vessels of less than 8 meters length whose value is much less than that of any of their official cars we pay for among all? Why punish the nautical fans?

It is time for our authorities to stop treating the nautical and its users as if they were a privileged class and realize that it is a leisure activity like any other and, already on, remember that the nautical sports (sailing and rowing) are the ones who treasure the most international and Olympic medals among all the sports disciplines of our country.

And by the way, remember, Government Lords, who in 2020 declared you. to the nautical as Active Tourism Activity, so it is time to start treating it as what it is, a leisure and sports activity as worthy and worthy of support as any other. An activity that is done in contact with nature by people who love the sea and what they do. An activity that generates stable and high quality employment and pay, to the extent that in one of our autonomous communities it is responsible for up to 3% of GDP.

And in no way is it an activity that should be marginalized or punished, and we do not deserve that contempt either.

Does this measure help anyone? Have you satisfied any brilliant adviser to the Spanish Government or one or more of its members? Have you noticed that if a famous football player is going to fill the deposit of his Bugatti of a million euros they are going to make the discount, but if you are going to fill the deposit of the four-metre outboard whose value does not reach the ten thousand, they are not going to do it?

This is only the most recent, but not the last, attack that the national recreational community is suffering from by the authorities of this country. What happens is that we're not gonna shut up anymore, and that's not what they're used to.
