Yamamay, Impredigital, Kohen and Biobizz beat in their classes

The thirty-seventh edition of the Bizkaia- Lurauto de Cruises and J80 Championship, organized by the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club... concluded in Las Arenas with a result that has occurred on up to 14 occasions: 2022, 2020, 2016, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2009, 2008, 2005, 1998 and 1997)... the victory of the Yamamay of Javier Gallo of the Royal Maritime Club of Santander.

The First 40.7 mountaineers, again imposed on one of the most important tests of the calendar in the Cantabric, which was held for two days in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra. The Yamamay dominated the Regata class, the Impredigital of Emigdio Bedia did it in Cruise I, the Kohen of Juan Carlos Estefanía in Cruise II and the Biobizz of José Azqueta among the monotypes of the J80 class.

Yamamay among the Regata gave no choice to the Bullbox based in Avilés, armed by Luis Noguera, who was the defender of the title. The Asturian crew, it was classified in the second square. Third was the Mylla Santanderino of Javier Sánchez and fourth the Maitena vizcadino of Mikel Emaldi.

At Cruise I, Emigdio Bedia's Cantabrian Impredigital finished first after untying after the first day with Jon Garai's Thelonius, which finally ended in third position. The second square was for the Aizen de Gustavo Arce. The Cruise class II concluded led by the Kohen of Juan Carlos Estefanía, ahead of the Blendius of César Obregón and the Blai of Iñigo Aldea.

Already among the J80, the main candidate for the victory, the Biobizz of José Azqueta, was awarded the victory in this XXXVII Bizkai- Lurauto of Cruises and J80. He already escaped with a good rent on the first day and nothing could do the Fhimasa School of Vela José Luis de Ugarte, patronized by Silvia Marcé, second to two points of the winner despite his two partial wins on the final day, nor the Kiwi of Félix Moneo, third. The Vissi of Juan Llano finished fourth and the Mandovi DalecandELA of Ramón Zubiaga finished fifth.

The 37th Bizkaia- Lurauto of Cruises and J80, the reference of the Cantabric at the beginning of the summer season is already in progress in the waters of the Abra.

In the absence of the decisive day of this Sunday and after the first races, the Yamamay of Javier Gallo in the Regata class, the Impredigital of Emigdio Bedia in Cruciero I, the Kohen of Juan Carlos Estefanía in Cruciero II and the Biobizz of José Azqueta in the J80 class are leaders.

The Yamamay Santanderino, who has won this classic appointment on 13 occasions, is first in the Regata class, with two first positions, ahead of the Asturian Bullbox... The title defender was ranked second in the two completed routes, the first of seven miles and the second slightly shorter.

The third is the Mylla of Javier Sánchez and the fourth is the Alpega of Miguel Arriola, which was again sailing after a few months without doing so. At Cruise I, Emigdio Bedia's Cantabrian Impredigital is first tied to three points with Jon Garai's Thelonius. Third is the Go Blue of Angel Herrera of Castro, equal to seven points with the Aizen of Gustavo Arce. The Cruise class II, also after two tests, is led by the Kohen of Juan Carlos, thanks to the victory on the two routes.

In the J80's, José Azqueta's favorite Biobizz was quite clear on the three routes, except the first one in which the Vissi approached him in the final section. Second in the general after the Biobizz is the Fhimasa School of Sailing José Luis de Ugarte, patronised by Silvia Marcé, with two third parties and a second place. Both the Biobizz and the Fhimasa compete with mixed crews, in a meeting that serves as a test for the girls of the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club that will take part next week in Alicante in the Iberdrola League J80 of female sailing. The Kiwi of Félix Moneo is third, the Vissi of Juan Llano fourth and the Mandovi daleCandela of Ramón Zubiaga is fifth.

The event of many carats in the waters of Vizcaya... the thirty-seventh edition of the Bizkaia-Lurauto Championship of Cruises and J80, one of the most outstanding quotes in the Cantabric... and a large fleet that will not fall from the thirty units.

The rate of confirmation of ships is high... it is worth the fact that Vizcain units such as the Maitena, Rat Pack, Thelonius, Nexus, Ramper, Modark, Alpega - which returns to the competition - are confirmed, Kohen, Kiwi... the Asturian Bullbox defending the title... or the Cantabros of the Impredigital, which was so well given the season last year, Mylla, Aizen, Kenex V or Blendio.

Two are the remarkable days, in which a barlovento-sotavento is presented in the outside Abra in the first and the possibility of a coastal tour in the second, after a day that will decide the winners of one of the great tests organized in the waters of the Abra by the Club de Las Arenas.

A year ago Bullbox based in Gijón and armed by Luis Noguera in the Regata class and in the absolute general... of the Santanderian Impredigital with Juan Bedia to the cane in Cruise I and of the Compesca of Jaime Ylera in the Cruise class II... were the ones who were the ones who were sharing the aces... Kohen de Juan Carlos Estefanía noted the uncertified family class in one of the classic tests of the calendar.
