22 cruises have contested the race that puts the closure to the seventh edition of the International Week of Sailing the City of Santander, the Trophy SAR Don Felipe de Borbono-Cantabria Infinita.

A large fleet distributed in the classes IRC1-2 and IRC3, have faced two days of race with the dispute of two barlovento-sotavento on Saturday and a coastal tour on Sunday.

The general classification has shown emotion until the moment of crossing the line of arrival at the Royal Maritime Club of Santander, when a really grudgingly podium was unveiled and in some case it has been resolved with steep points.

In the IRC1-2 class the First 40.7 Yamamay by Javier Gayo confirmed the gold after winning the coastal test by the Bay of Santander and the open, while the J99 Impredigital takes the silver to just one point of the leader... the third place was undone after a triple tie between the SunFast 3200 Kenex of Ignacio Giménez, the Sunfast3200 Aizén of Gustavo Arce and the Sun Fast 40 My Gabriela of Juan Viadero and bronze in the dessert.

In the IRC3 class, the Half Ton Pendo Camargo by Ricardo Reguilón, and despite scoring a quarter in the last test, managed to reach gold despite the attack of the Hanse 315 Blendio of Cesar Obregon. Third, despite the also puncture in the final test, it is the First Class8 Gabriel Onofre of García de Soto.
