After passing through Murcia and Ibiza, the Baleària Wing Foil Spain Series arrives in Denia, Alicante, in which it will be the most special race of the entire 2022 circuit since on this occasion, the tests will be simultaneous for the Spanish Cup. That is, whoever rises to the top of the podium at the WFSS Denia Baleària will also be crowned as champion of this national title.
Regatists from all points of Spanish territory will meet again in this corner of the Mediterranean for the second consecutive year. Thanks to the support of the institutions, the national circuit of Wing Foil has been able to return to Denia, where last year the wind provided the regatists with the ideal conditions for the practice of this sport increasingly upward.
The German based in Fuerteventura, Gunnar Biniasch, reaches Denia leading the general classification of the Open Pro category of the WFSS Baleària after accumulating impeccable results from the beginning of the season. On the other hand, the Belgian Regy Dils follows the example of Biniasch, as after accumulating two consecutive podias, he will go to the field of diocese regats defending the leadership of the category WetSuit Care Advanced.
