The current champion of Spain and of the circuit, Alejandro Climent, was only 8 points away from taking the first position from the Brazilian Bruno Lobo. The Majorcan Ángel Candel achieved more than exceptional results in the Advanced class, while Victor Buenavida is placed as a category leader F-one Amateur in the general classification of the circuit.
On the first day of the race, the garby, a wind of thermal origin and a southeast component, allowed the race committee led by officer Alexandre Durán to complete the six tests provided for in the day's program.
Bruno Lobo did not give truce to his companions, only the Valencian Alejandro Client managed to cross the line of arrival on one occasion ahead of him. The rest of the sleeves had to settle for a second post followed by the Spanish Carlos Puig in third place.
On the other hand, the young regatist of the Reial Club Nàutic Port of Pollença Ángel Candel, finished the day at the top of the provisional classification of the Advanced class after completing the six tests of the day in first position. The Valencian Adrián Albiñana and the Barcelona Pau Soler completed the podium of the day in second and third position respectively. As for the category F-one Amateur, Victor Buenavida had no problem taking the lead in the tests of the day.
Again, in the Open Pro Client class, he only ended up in one of the sleeves ahead of the Brazilian, showing a clear superiority over the rest of his colleagues. On this day, the emotion came given by the Spanish Carlos Puig and the Argentine Federico Aguilar, who were in the third place, being finally Puig third at only one point from the Argentine.
The Mallorcan Ángel Candel again fought the sleeves of the day in an exceptional way, defending its first provisional position in the Advanced class. Buenavida continued to lead the F-one Amateur class and was a leader in the general classification of the circuit.

2022-05-21: Brazilian Bruno Lobo leader of the Cutty Sark FKSS in Palamós

Palamós welcomes for the second year in a row the fleet of the Cutty Sark "Spirit of Adventure" FKSS
The Brazilian Bruno Lobo was placed in the first place in the provisional classification of the third stop of Cutty Sark "Spirit of Adventure" FKSS on the first day of competition. In the Advanced category, the Majorcan Ángel Candel achieved impeccable results, while in the F-one Amateur Victor Buenavida category it achieved a first provisional position.
The Great Plateau of Palamós was dawn with a summer climate and at 14: 30 hours a wind of a south-south-west component of a intensity of 10 knots with a 14-year-old, allowed the regatta committee to raise the Delta flag on the beach.
In the race field, Brazilian Bruno Lobo did not give truce to his rivals, not even to the current champion of the Alejandro Citation circuit, who came from getting perfect results in Gijón. Manga after manga, Lobo was crossing the line of arrival in first position in five of the six trials disputed. Behind him, with just 4 points of difference, Citation finished the tests in second position, achieving only one of the sleeves finish in front of Lobo.
The Spanish Carlos Puig was placed in the third temporary position in the Open Pro category of the Cutty Sark "Spirit of Adventure" FKSS Palamós. With a second, three third and two quarters, it was placed only 6 points from Citation.
On the other hand, the excitement in the race field was lived by the Advanced class, who along with the Amateur class, shared the race field with the highest level Riders as was the case in the previous race in Gijón.
The regatist of the Reial Club Nàutic Port of Pollença Ángel Candel could not have better finished the first day of competition in Palamós, as he managed to finish the six sleeves of the day in first position with a total net of 5 points. Behind Candel, Pau Soler and Adrián Albiñana were fighting the second and third place, ending Albana in second provisional position thanks to an error made by Soler in the last sleeve.
Finally, Catalan Victor Buenavida managed to improve his results in the Cutty Sark "Spirit of Adventure" FKSS Gijón, ending the first day of regatta in Palamós, dominating the classification of the category F-one Amateur.
