The Palma Hall offers splendid data on its return after the pandemic

The Palma International Boat Show is organized by the Instituto de Innovación Empresarial de las Islas Baleares (IDI), an entity dependent on the Vice President and Council of Energy Transition, Productive Sectors and Democratic Memory, and Balearic Yacht Brokers Association (BYBA)
About 18,000 people have visited the Palma International Boat Show during the first three days of the fair, and the organization plans to exceed 25,000, an increase of 30% over last year. This data shows the interest shown by professionals and nautical fans who have not wanted to miss this window of the sector.
A highly valued aspect by both exhibitors and visitors is the offer of the fair, very balanced, with a very representative sample of the nautical developments in the market. In fact, it has been an edition marked by the presentation of new developments worldwide, both of boats and of products and of nautical equipment.
In addition, it has to be remembered that 28% of the exhibitors are companies that have first participated in the fair, which has increased the variety of the offer. This year, the international character of the nautical fair has been particularly noted, with 28% of exhibitors coming from abroad and the level of internationalization of visitors.
The competition has also been visited by consular members from New Zealand, Austria and the United Kingdom. In addition, the organization will continue to support local companies, which represent 54% of the participants, as shown by actions such as the agreement signed with the Association of Nautical Enterprises (AENIB) to encourage the participation of their companies in the fair in Palma.
More than 2,200 people have worked these days at the nautical fair, between exhibitors and crew. In addition, some 350 journalists from around the world have been accredited to cover the event. It should be recalled that the assembly and disassembly of the fair occupies about 150 people.
The new edition of the Palma International Boat Show has 276 participating companies, six more than in 2019 and 49 more than last year, an increase of 21% over 2021. In addition, a total of 264 vessels are exposed at sea.
