He was followed by the Spanish Pedro Simó and Andrés Poveda on the podium, who stood second and third in the category of the Baleària Open Pro after the 12 tests scheduled for the event were held.
For its part, Regy Dils managed to take the interim lead of the WetSuitCare Advanced after this first circuit stop in the Minor Sea.
Meanwhile, Portuguese Rui Lages and German Gunnar Biniasch took the first Grand Master and Master award.
In a special mention, the organization, which had the support of the Kitesurf Aloha Club as the official headquarters, the City of Los Alcázares and the Vela Federation of the Region of Murcia on this first visit to the Minor Sea, was awarded the talent of the younger regatists in the Alcázares.

The next act in Ibiza
The next stop of the competition will take place on 28 and 29 May in Ibiza, where the Balèaria WFSS 2022 will visit the island for the first time to carry out, together with the support of the Club Nàutic Sant Antoni, an event that will be able to promote, once again, sustainable sports nautical tourism in a unique environment such as the one represented by the Balearic Islands.

The German achieved the first provisional position after winning in the six disputed tests of the first day of the WFSS 2022 Balearia in the Sea Minor

And it is that the provisional podium of this first day of competition has been more than quoted due to the remarkable work of the Sicantine Samuel Méndez Sánchez, who finally remained only one point of the third provisional position in the Alcázares.
For the final day, thermal winds of a southern component of between 10 and 18 knots are expected where the technical team of the circuit led by Antonio Ordovás will try to return to the six sleeves planned.
