The Canarian regatist Isabel Hernández (RCN Gran Canaria) has finished in third position in the European Championship sub21 in class ILCA 6. To the bronze obtained by Hernandez are added the positions of Top 10 of the Galician Claudia Sobral (CM Oza) and the Miriam Sitges (CN San Antonio de la Playa), fifth and eighth respectively.
The European sub21 for the ILCA6 and ILCA7 classes was held from 17 to 21 April in the waters of Hourtin (France). In ILCA6 the triumph has been for the Israeli Shai Kakon, followed by the Cypriot Marilena Makri, closing the Hernandez podium, which reached the last day in fourth position and finally managed to climb a post and finish in third place. A total of 11 sleeves were held.
The Spanish participation in ILCA6 was completed with the pliers Claudia Adam (CN Santa Pola), the tenth second, Laura Himmes (RCN Calpe), the fifth and the bat María Martínez (RCR Santiago de la Ribera), the twenty-fifth.
