Some sixty regatists have participated in this special training over five days, in an appointment that has already become a classic in Easter among clubs on the Catalan coast.
The team of trainers at the Easter Camp has counted this year with the regatist of Cambrils... subchampion of Europe, champion of Spain and champion of Catalonia, Marcelo Cairo.
Up to 61 regatists from different Catalan clubs, in addition to two regatists from Hondarribia, have participated in the seventh edition of the Easter Camp organized by the Níutic Cambrils Club... this is a preparation training for the expected championships up to San Juan for the Optimist and Ilca classes.
The edition of this 2022 began last Saturday April 9 and has been closed today with a session of theory, due to the rain, and the delivery of awards.
In G1 the podium was occupied by three regatists of the Cambrils: Gisel Fontana was the first, in addition to being the first female; followed by Roger Ramon and Sergi Muñoz.
In G2, the first position was for Alexandre Martí, from the Reial Club Nàutic de Tarragona; the second by Oriol Pujol, from the Club Nàutic Salou; and finally Yago Alegrt, from the Cambrils, has been third. The female trophy was taken by Maria Vilanova of Cambrils.
There have also been awards for G3. Santi Bes, from Hospitalet, has been first; followed by Hugo Ambrojo, from the Reial Club Nàutic of Tarragona and Manuel Alegrt of Cambrils. Cristina Ruiz, from Hospitalet, has been the winner of the female trophy.
As for Ilca4, the winners were Teo Andolz de Salou; Gorka Ruiz, from Hospitalet-Vandelòs and Albert Pujol, also from Salou.
