The coruñesa councilwoman Monica Martínez, was distinguished at the Annual Nautical Dinner... her work is not going unnoticed and was very ovationated by the attendees

It was held at the facilities of the Real Club Náutico de La Coruña, the annual dinner of Regatists in which it was honored as best regatists 2020: the laserista Marta Tábara and the optimist Fernando González del Castillo.

The awards were given in an event chaired by the President of the Club, Fernando Cobián and the Sports Council of A Coruña, Monica Martínez, among other authorities.

Due to the health pandemic, the awards were given to the winners of the last two years, both in cruise races and in light sailing.

In this sense once again the competitive Miguel Fernández Vasco, won a good number of trophies among others as the Galician champion, the Spanish champion in the two years and the winner of the Spanish Cup, and in these weeks he is preparing for his participation in the Finn class world.

And in recognition of the media outreach work, the awards were awarded by Carlos Alberto Fernández (from the EFE Agency) in 2020 and Juan Pedro Barco in 2021 (from the DxT sports newspaper).
