Following the election of Jordi Puig Alsina as President of the Club, the RCNB Electoral Board confirmed the positions of the Board of Directors. Puig happens to Félix Escalas Llimona, after six years as president of the Royal Nautical Club of Barcelona.

The team led by Jordi Puig becomes the Board of Directors of the Royal Nautical Club of Barcelona, a reference nautical club of the conical city with more than a hundred and forty years of history, after the elections held on March 3, 2022, when his candidacy was chosen by most partners.

With the sports and social program, under the slogan Passion for the Club: building the future of the Club Jordi Puig and his team of Marc De Antonio, Ana Godó, Pablo Garriga, Marcos Palomar, Alejandro Luis Gasca, Lluís Vendrell, Inés Rodríguez, Francisco Joaquin Churtichaga, Diego Collado, Pedro Pericot and Damián Ribas, were presented to the members and partners of the Real Club Náutico de Barcelona.

The team that forms the board of directors is defined as partners loving the Club and the sailing, with ambition to make the Club evolve to remain the reference nautical club of Barcelona and the country. His project aims to promote light sailing sport from the base, through the school and to the highest level races, with international projection. By strengthening the Club as a meeting point for partners and their families, opening the Club to the city and the world, driving it to the future, rejuvenating and adapting to the new times in terms of sustainability and transparency, while preserving its essence and tradition.
