Regulation of State rowing licences

The period for processing State rowing licences in 2016 shall be from 1 January to 31 December 2016. If a person wants to process a licence for two or more stages, he or she must do so, in each of the Stations, independently, i.e. a procedure for each Station (one per athlete, one per arbitrator, etc.).

The cost of the licence processing quotas to be applied for 2016, unless otherwise agreed by the General Assembly, shall be €1 per licence, in any case (sportsman, technical), this amount shall be paid by the Autonomous Federation at the time of the processing. In order to be able to participate in Competitions of the Official RF Calendar, the following quotas are also set:

  • DEPORTISTAS 20 €
  • THURS--ARBITROS 20 €
  • TECHNICAL
  • DELEGATED €20
  • DIRECTIVE €20
  • INCLUDES 150 €

In order to participate in any of the competitions in the Official RF Calendar for 2016, it will be mandatory to have the License and to have paid the amounts indicated above, at least seven days in advance, to the date of the registration of the competition in question. It is absolutely indispensable for the practice of rowing sport that all participants dominate swimming. In addition to satisfying the payment of €150, clubs that intend to participate in the official calendar of the FER will have to complete the data sheet in all its sections, and it is mandatory that they inform the Federation of the composition of its Board of Directors indicating the date of appointment, official communication address and the NPO or NIE of each of the members (Article 52.2 of the Statute of the F.E.R.).

If not, the FER shall not proceed with the processing of the rights of participation of athletes, technicians and / or delegates which the Autonomous Federation makes linked to the club in question. All the Autonomous Federations are responsible for the processing of the medical-sports insurance policies which, in accordance with the legislation in force, (RD 849 / 1993 of 4 June, of Sports Compulsory Insurance). The RF is exempt from any duty or obligation in relation to the said insurance.
