Grimaldi Group Conducts Mare Nostrum Awards
The Grimaldi Group has just called a new edition of the Mare Nostrum Awards valued at 50,000 euros... it is a prestigious journalistic award promoted by the Grimaldi Mare Nostrum Magazine and consists of 5 awards of 10,000 euros each... those interested in participating in the XIV edition will be able to deliver their works before 30 April this year.
The objective of the Mare Nostrum Awards is the promotion of maritime transport in the Mediterranean, a way of communication that has been through goods and people from all over the world since ancient times. In addition, the prize wants to highlight the advantages of the motorways of the Sea as the best alternative and sustainable to road transport, significantly more polluting and cost-effective in economic terms.
The Mare Nostrum Awards will be open to all professional journalists, authors in general and photographers resident in Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia and Morocco who have disseminated these topics through articles and reports, sea travel reports, publications on new trends in the services of goods and passengers, documentaries, radio and television services and photographic reports.
It should be noted that only works created in Italian, English, Spanish, Catalan, French and Greek and published between September 15, 2021 and April 15, 2022 in newspapers and magazines (online and offline), media specialized in transport and tourism, press agencies, national and local television and radio stations, photography magazines and photographic exhibitions can be included.
The entries should be sent to the Secretariat Organizing the Award by 30 April 2022, both in digital format (email to mna @ grimaldi.napol.it), and in paper format. To facilitate direct navigation experience, those who wish to make a trip will be able to do so before 31 March 2022 on board the ships of Grimaldi Lines, Transmed GLE and Minoan Lines in service between Italy, Spain and Greece.
