Both the Australian team of Tom Slingsby, and Jimmy Spihill's American team, have already won a place in the Grand Final, and the last test of the Mubadala United States Sail Grand Prix in San Francisco will determine the third and last team on the starting line to compete for a million dollars

SailGP announces its collaboration with Mubadala Investment Company, the main sponsor of the Grand Final of the second season of the league. The Mubadala United States Sail Grand Prix- San Francisco will close the championship that began in May 2021 in Bermuda and will end in San Francisco on March 26 and 27, 2022.

San Francisco will thus live the exciting end of an amazing second season. Eight nations - Australia, Denmark, Spain, the United States, France, Great Britain, Japan and New Zealand - with their best athletes, have competed at seven flagship sites.

Mubadala is an investment fund based in Abu Dhabi... in 2017, its asset management subsidiary, Mubadala Capital, opened an office in San Francisco to oversee its business in the United States.
