The Optiorange Valencia 2022, for the Optimist class, faces its final line of preparations for a great party of the children's sailing... the Valencian citation, organized by the RCN of Valencia and St. John's. Petersburg YC, which will be held from 3 to 6 March, steps very hard in the few years of life it has, being in these years its fourth edition, after the cancellation in 2021 for the health situation.

The race, the Emprén Esport 2021 prize of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation in the section Sport Base, has been located as one of the most attractive in the international landscape, proof of this is the increase year after year in the number of inscriptions. In this edition, when there is just over a month left for the official start of the competition, the Valencian meeting already has 500 registered and a waiting list that reaches the 40 regatists, marking the organizing committee a maximum of 500 regatists that will be the starting line in the three days of competition.

The success of the young race of the optimal class is supported by the excellent organization that both the St.. Petersburg YC as the RCN Valencia have carried out in these previous editions, with a wide and attractive program of activities on land and the excellent technical level in water, thanks also to good weather conditions and a stable wind range that have allowed for spectacular regatta.

These ingredients have led to the possibility of having a wide family of sponsors and collaborators, a chapter that both clubs are still working at this time, although the recent incorporation of the Italian sailing industry Olimpic Sails as a technical sponsor should be highlighted.
