On 10 January, the Electoral Board requires the General Secretariat of the RF to confirm by the Secretary-General of the RF that "the signatories of the motion retain the status of the RF assembly to date."

On 11 January 2022, the certificate issued by the General Secretariat is received, in which it is indicated that only the members of the General Assembly of the FER remain members, the ex-officio members, who are the GALLEGA REMO FEDERATION, REAL FEDERATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF ASTURIES, CANTABRA REMO FEDERATION, VASCA REMO FEDERATION, REM FEDERATION OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY, ANDALUZA FEDERATION
REMO.

The above-mentioned certificate states that the other signatories of the motion of censure, "did not, at the time of the submission of the motion of censure, retain the status of a member of the General Assembly of the FER by not having their licence to this Spanish federation. We refer to the certificate received, for reasons of procedural economy, which contains the list of signatories to the motion that are not considered as members. of the General Assembly of the RF according to the above certificate.

Analyzing the above according to the applicable rules, this Electoral Board must conclude that the signatories of the motion do maintain the status of members of the General Assembly...

On the basis of this, the Electoral Board of the FER, admits to the procedure the motion of censure submitted, including as a candidate for the Presidency of the Federation to Mr José Agustín Gomez-Raggio Carrera, communicating to the current President of the Federation, which under the terms of the Statutes and Order CD / 2764 / 2015 must proceed to convene the General Assembly of the FER on an extraordinary basis within a period of not more than forty-eight hours, to count since the admission is notified to you.

The meeting of the Special General Assembly to be held on the motion shall be held within a period of not less than 15 days and not more than 30 days, after its convening.

The General Secretariat of the RF is required to in turn require the Basque Federation of Remo to provide the necessary documentation to prove that Dña. Elena Zamora López has the representation of the autonomous federation for the presentation of the motion of censure.

Notify the agreements adopted to the parties concerned with the indication that, in the face of the acts and agreements of the Electoral Board of the RF, they may appeal to the Administrative Court of Sport within five working days, in accordance with Article 19 of Order CD / 2764 / 2015, from the day following the notification.

This is without prejudice to the use by the parties concerned of any other action they consider relevant. Proceed to the publication of these agreements on the notice boards of the FER and of the Autonomous Federations / Territorial Delegations, as well as on the website of the FER section electoral processes.

In any case, the provisions of the L.O. 3 / 2018 of 5 December 2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights shall apply.

The publication of these agreements is exclusively intended to ensure the transparency of the electoral process.

This record was drawn up and read to the attendees and approved unanimously by the Board itself, which adopted the agreements at the end of the meeting and on the same day, by signing the attendees on proof of conformity. The meeting rose at 6 p.m.

2022-01-11: Gomez-Raggio announces its Electoral Proposal 2022 as a candidate for Spanish Remo

We published this letter, as well as the electoral proposal of the candidacy of José Agustín Gomez-Raggio to the presidency of the Spanish Federation of Remo, received in the drafting of Digital Nautica, a few minutes ago.

Dear Assemblies and Affiliates of the RF in general,

I am pleased to write a few brief lines to announce to you - many of you will already know - that I have decided to stand as a candidate for the presidency of the Spanish Federation of Remo, motivated by a number of issues that I briefly summarize.

The first is that it was required by a very important number of the top representatives of the Spanish rowing: 6 / 11 autonomous presidents, 8 / 8 territorial delegates, 20 / 28 clubs, 12 / 14 athletes, 6 / 8 coaches... it's nothing. I am grateful for such support, but at the same time taking on the enormous responsibility to live up to the circumstances.

On the other hand, my own life experience, both in the law, in legal advice to other sports federations in the past, and in the presidency of the Royal Mediterranean Club, founded in 1873 by a group of remers and, in turn, founder of the Spanish Federation of Remo, has allowed me to have a global view of the sport and has taught me the need to work as a team, creating positive synergies among all who love the rowing.

I am aware that if I am finally elected, we will have to immediately address the demands that the different leaders of the national rowing have put to me: to unite all with illusion in a common project and, precisely, to create together that project that leads us to the future. All this without forgetting our most glorious past, recovering the two most important remers in our history, Fernando Citation and Luis María Lasurtegui, placing them in the place they deserve.

In this endeavour, I want to put myself at the service of the Federacién and involve everyone in the recovery of the PASION, which allows us to meet any challenges posed, and to get you the AMBICTION, which forces us to analyse and diagnose our shortcomings and problems without fear and to find the best solutions to aspire to a real leap of quality.

This is why I attach to you a small dossier of intentions in which all the above is reflected in a single central idea of the candidacy that lies at the foundation in this period 2022-2024:
