With 12 meters in length and complete comfort and navigation equipment, the Vanguard TX-12.0 exemplifies the customization capacity of the yard in its range of semi-rigid for all types of customers. The last unit has been designed, developed and custom-made for the team Campos race team, based in the Royal Nautical Club of Sanxenxo

The family of semi-rigid Vanguard covers between four and 12 meters with a multitude of variants, which are the result of combining different materials, designs, mechanics and accessories. Within the wide catalogue of available versions, the TX-12.0 represents the maximum exponent in length, and in the case of the unit made on request of the team Campos race team exemplifies the customization capacity of the yard, both at functional and luxury level. Under Cristina's name, he already operates from his base at the Royal Nautical Club in Sanxenxo.

Custom
This unit is much more than an adaptation of the Vanguard TX-12.0 IB. This is a semi-rigid, fully tailor-made for the customer from the design table, a capacity only possible thanks to the Vanguard Marine shipyard condition, specialized in manufacturing, adapting and mounting all types of elements directly in the assembly line."Addressing this type of project is always a challenge and a stimulus for the Vanguard Marine team", explains from the brand Brandán Fonbellida."Being in contact with the customer from the initial phase of the project involves a dedication that ensures that the final result meets the operational and use requirements."The more than three decades of experience of the Vanguard Marine team guarantee the quality of the final product.

Impressive
The TX-12.0 is an imposing vessel. With 12 meters in length for 3 meters of sleeve and more than 3.7 tons of displacement, it offers an interior capacity of more than 15 square meters and is approved to transport up to 25 people. Its floater is made of CSM 866 neoprene in combination of Artic Grey and Alpine Blue colors around a wide white cover topped in synthetic woodflexiteekcrowned by a S-800 console with access to a cabin with a toilet. Its helmet is white and has a deep V design sustained from bow to stern with very marked radans, which increases the power of support and optimizes navigation under hard sea conditions.

At the mechanical level, this TX-12.0 unit has an intraregional Volvo diesel D-6 engine of 380 horsepower and double helix tail.Duopropwith the capacity to drive the vessels at speeds around 30 knots. To optimize your maneuverability, especially in port work, a 12V bow propeller has been incorporated that allows you to pivote in very small spaces despite its considerable dimensions. Also in the bow, it has anchor and moulding to facilitate the plumbing work.

In the safety chapter, the float includes nine independent compartments, a 500-litre fuel tank has been installed with space for another 500-litre additional tank, has a hand-started Yamaha auxiliary engine, manual and automatic bilge pump, extinguisher in the engine drawer, adjustable seats for pilot and copilot, protection canvas for console and seats,... The electronic endowment includes navigation system and plotter B & G Zeus 3-12 MFD, magnetic compas installed in console, radar antenna B & G 4G, mast wind sensor, VHF radio with antenna ICOM-506 and sound system Fusion MS RA70N. Despite its size, this semi-rigid can be transported in a standard 40-foot container, for which a removable T-Top has been designed.

Support for Maritime Rescue
In addition to operating as a support ship in Team Campos' sports activities, the new Vanguard TX-12.0 has been designated by the Royal Nautical Club of Sanxenxo as a boatship within the partnership agreement signed between the Pontevedrés club and the Maritime Rescue for nearby rescue actions. The installation of accessories specifically designed for towing and recovery tasks make this vessel an extraordinary asset for rescue operations, and the strategic location of its base in the mouth of the Pontevedra ría allows to cover a considerable radius of action off the Galician coast.
