Los Superyates tendrán un servicio gastronómico en sus estadas en Barcelona.

The Superyachts will have a gastronomic service at their Barcelona seasons.

An exclusive and pioneering course at the international level: Cooking and Gastronomy for Superyachts will be held for the first time in Spain next October. The course, fully taught in English, is born with the aim of complementing the high-kitchen knowledge of the superyacht chefs. The course has the academic support of the University of Barcelona (UB) through its Food Campus, in which facilities will be held between 10 and 21 October.

The course has a very high level of teachers' payroll. It will be taught by some of the best chefs and specialists of Spanish and international cuisine such as Jordi Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), Gaggan Anand (Gaggan), Jérôme Quilbeuf (Sant Pau), Pere Planagumà (Les Cols), Carles Tejedor (Speakesy), Joao Alcántara (Alchemia Fogo), Felipe Celis (CETT) or Marc Álvarez (el Barri Adrià), among many others. The course is run by Pere Castels Esqué, from Gastrocultura Mediterranean, coordinator of the UERC (University of Barcelona), collaborator of the Science and Cooking course (Harvard University), author of La Cocina del futuro, and pioneer in joint gastronomic and scientific research. Castels has also worked on projects with Ferran Adrià and Joan Roca, among others.
