Four years ago the Galician Federation of Surf submitted written to the Galician Committee of Xustiza Deportiva, requesting that the agreements of the assembly of the Galician Federation of Piragüismo, which approved a calendar of paddle surfing organized by that federation, be annulled.

In a resolution of the same year 2017, CGXD itself decided that such agreements would have to be annulled, a question that now confirms the judgment of the Court of the Contingent-Administrative No. 2 of Santiago de Compostela.
