The Kitefoil World Series will take place on the beaches of Jandia until this Saturday... the Kitefoil World Series will be the penultimate circuit competition organized by the International Association of Kiteboarding, so it will be in Gran Canaria where the world champions are proclaimed next Saturday on the beach of Las Burras

With the incredible backdrop of white sand dunes so characteristic of the Canary island of Fuerteventura and a rachas of between 10 and 15 knots, the first race of the Kitefoil World Series began epic... achieving the judges perform six consecutive sleeves.

The Kitefoil World Series this year has 5 events in 3 different countries, the Canary Islands being the place that will host the only competitions that will take place in the Spanish territory: Gizzeria (Italy), San Traunsee (Austria) and Cagliari (Italy), Fuerteventura (Spain), Gran Canaria (Spain). The general running of the circuit is currently led by the French Axel Mazella and Theo De Ramecourt, followed by Russian Denis Taradin, who holds third place. France also leads the female category with Poema Newland and Lauriane Nolot.
